For the 2nd year running, Team HENCHshaws will take to the streets of Knaresborough to run, swim and sweat their way around the beautiful and gruelling course to raise money for the wonderful Henshaws organisation.

So please dig deep and support Helen, Simon, Lee, Clare, Amy, Adeline, and Alex to help them continue their hard work.

Henshaws work in the North of England, enabling people living with visual impairments and other disabilities to build the skills and gain the independence they need to get the future they want.

They are a great charity, and local too, making a real difference to many people's lives.
